Do you also operate from a clinic?
For the first half of 2023, we will be operating a home visit only service. However, our service will be extended in the second half of 2023 when we will open a clinic in the Glen Waverley area to complement our existing home visit services. We will update the website with details of the clinic and its address in due course.Â
Do your consultation fees include travel time?
No. We charge in 15-minute blocks per clinician to travel to and from your home. So if you live 30 minutes away and you would like to see two health professionals, you will be charged for 30 minutes x 2 professionals x 2 trips = 2 hours travel time. What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
You will need to provide us with 72 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. If you cancel the appointment within 72 hours of its scheduled timing then you will be charged for the full session.
Do you provide food for your sessions?
No. You will need to ensure you have food available for the session. We will advise you on the types of food to provide.
Do you have access to interpreter services?
